Part-time Veterinary Receptionist WANTED

 

We at Loving Paws Pet Clinic want a team member who will be the first smiling face that our clients see as they bring in their pets. You need to have a strong desire to help pet owners by being a primary link of communication between them and the doctor.

 

Shifts include four weekday afternoons (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri) as well as a rotating schedule of Saturday morning shifts. 

 

Receptionist duties include answering the phone, juggling several phone calls at a time, scheduling appointments, checking out clients after appointments, communicating with clients in a variety of ways, and entering communications in records. This job requires a strong attention to detail and follow through. Communication skills with both clients and team members is a must.

Part-time Veterinary Assistant & Kennel Caretaker WANTED

 

We at Loving Paws Pet Clinic want a team member who will treat others' pets like their own and want to learn more about veterinary medicine.

 

Shifts include one afternoon assistant shift, Saturday morning assistant shifts, and weekend kennel care (including some holidays). The weekend and kennel care is on a rotating schedule with fellow team members. 

 

Assistant duties include assisting the doctor during exams and treatments including drawing blood, giving vaccines, restraint, and caring for boarding pets. Weekend & holiday kennel duties include caring for boarding pets (walking, feeding, medicating, cleaning up after, and discharging in evenings if needed) Saturday evenings, Sunday mornings, and Sunday evenings.
